RESIDENTS:


WITH a complete vaccination scheme dated at least 14 days before entry and have proof of this, they do not need to quarantine nor do they need to take a test.
WITHOUT a completed vaccination scheme you must present a PCR test that is no older than 72 hours at the time of travel or an antigen test that is no older than 48 hours at the time of travel. And you must isolate yourself for 7 days after presenting your test results. 

Foreigners (INCLUDING NON-RESIDENTS) who have stayed in bordering countries (Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, or Uruguay) for the last 14 days before entering the country: 

You must present that you have completed your vaccination scheme and COVID-19 insurance. 

 

NON-RESIDENT:

Foreigners who have NOT stayed in bordering countries must present proof of a complete vaccination scheme that has been completed at least 14 days ago  and PCR results no older than 72 hours or antigen test results no older than 48 hours and COVID-19 insurance.

WITHOUT complete vaccination scheme: PCR no older than 72 hours or antigen test no older than 48 hours, isolate for 7 days after showing the test results, and show a consular certificate of  exemption to vaccination.  

For those who have gotten COVID within the last 90 days before entering the country:
Must present the positive antigen or PCR test results and the medical form certifying that you are over COVID/no longer contagious. The positive test result has to be at least 10 days old
