What if the guest cancels and asks for a refund?Â
The guest can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience to get a full refund. In some cases, expenses associated with the refund might be paid by the customer. Third-party and providers-associated expenses, may or not be refunded to the customer, depending on the third-party policies. If the guest booked the experience less than 48 hours in advance, the customer won’t get a refund.Â
