I already booked. How do I change or ask about my booking?
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the name on the booking, and tell us what you need. Changes depend on availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard experiences can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are not refundable. Custom, private and corporate programs follow a separate schedule in our refund policy.
In which languages are experiences guided?
Experiences are guided in English. Spanish, Portuguese, French and German are available on request.
Can you plan a private or custom trip?
Yes. We design custom trips across Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Uruguay. You receive a proposal first and nothing is booked until you confirm. Plan a custom trip.
