In which languages is the trip guided?
English by default. Spanish, Portuguese, French and German are available on request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Custom, private and corporate programs have their own schedule: full refund more than 30 days before (minus third-party costs already incurred), up to 75% from 30 to 15 days, up to 50% from 14 to 7 days, and no refund within 7 days. Details in our refund policy.
