Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Standard, regular experiences
At Experience Baires, we understand that travel plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible in accommodating these changes. As such, we have put in place the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the experience to get a full refund. However, in some cases, expenses associated with the refund might be paid by the customer, such as fees or commissions.Â
Third-party and provider-associated expenses might not be refunded to the customer.Â
No refunds will be given for cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the starting time or departure date.
In case of force majeure events, emergencies or weather conditions, the company will work with the customers to reschedule or modify the itinerary, and no refunds or cancellations fees will be applied.
This policy is subject to change and Experience Baires reserves the right to modify it at any time. We encourage our customers to review this policy before booking a tour with us.
This policy is subject to the laws of the Argentine Republic and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in accordance with said laws.
Customized Experiences & Corporate Events
Customized experiences, corporate events, private group activities, and tailor-made itineraries are subject to a different cancellation policy than standard experiences due to the planning, coordination, and third-party commitments involved.
Cancellation by the Customer
More than 30 days before the event

Full refund of all amounts paid, excluding any non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer.
Between 30 and 15 days before the event

Refund of up to 75% of the total amount paid.

Any third-party expenses, reservations, deposits, transportation, venue rentals, catering commitments, permits, or other costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Between 14 and 7 days before the event

Refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, less any non-refundable third-party expenses already committed.
Less than 7 days before the event

No refund will be issued.

However, Experience Baires will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the experience, subject to supplier availability and additional costs, if applicable.
Changes and Modifications
Changes to guest numbers, schedules, activities, transportation, catering requirements, or other event components are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Reasonable modifications requested more than 7 days before the event will generally be accommodated whenever possible.
Additional costs resulting from requested modifications will be charged accordingly.
