Cancel 24+ hours ahead for a 50% refund or reschedule. Within 24 hours: no refund, but reschedule for a 20% fee. No-shows receive no refund. We cancel = full refund or free reschedule. All requests must be in writing. Refunds processed in 7-10 days.
